About the Speaker

Dr. Ajai Prakash Gupta is a senior scientist and Director at Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) with more than 35 years of expertise in analytical chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food safety, and herbal products. He has authored 136 scientific publications, 13 book chapters, and 5 patents, and actively contributes to AOAC International (USA) in developing globally recognized analytical standards for botanical products and dietary supplements.
